I've spoken on stage to crowds of 100+ at a women's leadership conference, hosted media scrums with high level officials in my living room, and also facilitated public tours of the City of Fort St John passive house in person and on video.
I've led creative activities at yoga events, and tested the popular 'art & wine' workshop format (it's a hit!) I've also managed a thriving business in the heart of my city where I was able to interact with my community on a daily basis and I've learned:

And exercising your creativity on a regular basis can also prepare you to uncover unique solutions to complex problems both at work and at home.
As a creativity coach, Catherine helps people create, discover and take care of themselves. She believes that your creative needs - like self-expression - are just as important as your basic needs - like wholesome food & enough sleep. When you take good care of yourself AND exercise your creativity on a regular basis - you start to build confidence and momentum. You start to get curious and excited about the world again.
Through her innovation and creativity, Catherine has built her career from a passion to inspire change and a desire to promote inclusivity through her work. It’s a career that has spanned more than a decade, providing her with a unique perspective and knowledge in the areas of small business management, creative marketing, sustainability and community development - all of which influence her work as an artist.
